Repère takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
2. Data we collect
Browsing data: truncated IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page and timestamp. This data serves security and aggregate audience measurement.
Preference data: your tracker choice and your display language, stored locally on your device.
Contact data: when you write to us through the form or by email, we process the name, email address and message content you send us.
We collect no banking data, no identity documents and no special category data within the meaning of the GDPR. We build no bettor profile.

4. Recipients
Your data is processed by the Repère editorial team and by our hosting and audience measurement suppliers, acting as processors and bound by contract.
We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal data. No identifying data is passed to the operators mentioned on our pages.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Our data is hosted within the European Union. Should a supplier need to process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would be framed by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request to privacy@reperesportsbetting.com. We respond within one month at the latest. If the response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures: encryption of data in transit, restricted access to contact data, logging of administrative access and regular updating of components.
No system offers absolute security. In the event of a breach likely to create a high risk to your rights, we would inform you under the conditions set by the regulation.
8. Minors
Our content is intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect data concerning anyone under 18. Should such data reach us, it would be deleted as soon as it is identified.
9. Amendments
This policy may be updated. The effective date appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, a notice will be displayed on our pages.
